FNB no Service

I visited FNB Centurion on Wednesday to assist with Homeloan Statements. Not only did I wait 45min, while the ticket said 10min. When a Consultant eventually called my number, the answer was indifferent - Phone Homeloans. When phoning the call-centre - No options for Statements exist. When waiting for alternative options, the line was disconnected. Comparatively the same exercise wth a Standard Bank Branch took 10min, and I left with Statements in hand.
