FNB No Service

Hi FNB says they will phone you back but nothing at all. I've reported a ***** case on the 24/11/23 and was told in December that they can't held me. It was a lot of money that was taken out of my account that day. I was out of town for 2 days and used my card a few times. When i got to Plettenberg Bay the afternoon i saw a transaction that went off my account and it was Yoco-Kings car wash and the other transactions was also from this machine Yoco but different stuff next to it. Why do we have banks at all because the money gets taken out of the account and it's not safe anymore. When you report it they just tell you they can't help you with it because they don't see anything wrong on there side. I have even asked for a reversal on that money but still nothing. So now i really don't know what to do because that money is to pay my debts. I've spent a lot of money on phone calls to FNB but no joy at all with them.
