FNB No Safety for senior citizens

My mom is 64 years old, she went to FNB to deposit money and stood in the queue only to be told she cannot deposit less than R20,000 at the teller, she needs to do it outside. It is not the best area, and she had R10,000. to deposit. That is a lot of money and a serious risk to stand outside! There is no board at the teller saying "no deposits less than R20k"
