FNB no response

I took out a personal loan with FNB in June 2019 actually before that. After that I was unemployed. It is still on my credit report and I have enquired about it with the bankers no response they trained to say"call this number" Basically all I want to know is. 1) How do I obtain a settlement discount 2) How do I clear my name?
