FNB NO RESPONSE AND THREATENING LEGAL ACTION

I drew money regularly form the access bond during November 2021 to March 2022. And the bond repayment increased accordingly. My instalment went up to around R7000 pm April 2022 I paid a lump sum of R100 000.00 into the bond account, intending it to go back into the access bond. You just could not get this right. My repayment stayed at R7000pm and there was no access bond. In other words, they changed the end date of bond without my permission WRONG WRONG WRONG. they cannot do this. The R7000 debit orders continued and bounced. These ******* debit orders bounced costing me R150 each time. I did make a payment of R3400 after each bounced debit order.

After no response from you to fix this problem, I stopped paying the bond. And the R7000 also stopped??? Nothing from FNB until October2023 to say that I am in arrears . According to their calculations of R7000 pm and (refusing to change this, or give me my access bond back). I should be in arrears of around R112 000.00 according to their calculations. I emailed them on 19 October 2023, asking for different options. 1.give my access bond of R100 000.00 and tell my how much the arrears are 2. work out my repayment from now until end of term 3.as per 2, and pay in a lump sum that will go to access bond 4.giv me a settlement value as at 1 November 2023 i have sent this email over 50 times , and have had NO response been sent to HOCChanges, home finance, care, helpme, collections, homeloans,gmasha,mmwelma the emails are read and noone responds i am waiting to make a payoncment oncee i have the different options i am receiving sms, threatening legal action on my arrears my house insureance tells me that they must debit my homeloan in future in fact the FNB has asked the insurnace company to refund the last payment to them NOT A WORD ABOUT ANY OF THIS FROM FNB NO RESONSE ON ANY OF THE OVER 50 EMAILS I AM ABSOLUTELY APPAULED BY THE LACK OF RESONSE
