FNB, no response
I recently received an sms and email from FNB stating that there was a problem with my tax details. My account will be frozen if I don't make contact with fnb and file a 3 "page document to them. Due to the lock down I sent an email to FNB stating that as a responsible citizen I do not want to risk my life and that of my loved ones by making trips out of my home. I obtained my tax details from my employer(print only version) and emailed to FNB. I sent numerous emails to FNB requesting an update but did not receive a single response. Very unprofessional and pathetic response /non in these difficult times. I sent my email to ***

23 Apr 2020, 11:07I have responded to FNB via email and requested a reply regarding my document submission. Even though there was a need for my signature at the bottom of the form I was told I didn't need to print the form, hence no signature from me. I gave FNB a few days to respond to my submission but alas no reply as yet.
