FNB no reply to email......

Am currently living in the UK so to call the FNB help line is costly. Have emailed them on more than one occasion asking for the IBAN and SWIFT codes on my SA account so I can transfer a small amount of pounds back to cover an outstanding account in SA but no answer.

Last week I noticed what appears to be a ********** withdrawal of R99 against my account which doesn't seem like much by I am quickly running out of funds there, and as mentioned earlier I cant transfer money over due to a lack of a replay.

Again i mailed the bank from the Online banking screen giving my full e-mail and telephone details but of course no reply!

In the course of the next year or two I will be in a position to move so money between the two countries. Is it worth using FNB again? BTW I have been a FNB (previously Barclays bank) customer since 1979.

Forex responded quickly. Onica Langa from the Service Recovery department claimed that she couldn't reach me by phone for 2 days. To make sure there was no problem I asked my father and a friend to call me from SA to make sure everything was good, and lo and behold no problems......
