FNB NO REPLY SHOULD BE NO HELP
have logged via e-mail and banking app a dispute on a credit card charge since 03 01 2025. they send mail acknowledging receipt via the app. Wanting documentation sent to e-mail address blank space??????????????????? no e-mail address. called *** for assistance, frustrating conversation, consultant told me to call *** or ***, the music is disgusting to say the least hang on forever no one assists you... You guessed it no one assistance just music..

15 Jan 2025, 12:34I really can not believe this, I sent in all documentation I have regarding the dispute on the 03 01 2025 today they ask for it again by close of business.......why or is there an or else to come ????? they can demand things for closure but the client is given the run around, really unacceptable.

I then close the call, seconds I get a message saying that they tried calling but I need to send them documents, from Clint.. I call the number you can only hear a mumble. WHAT ON EATH IS GOING ON HERE.......WHAT MORE MUST I DO ???????????????????????????????? I KEEP SENDING THE DOCUMENTS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS???????????????????????????WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FNB????????????????????????????
