FNB no refund

***** consultant is Beverly NUkeri case number *** amount of R40 000 still not refunded in my account. 28 September 2023 I did a transaction to the VARL account and your (FNB) ***** department interfered with the transaction. The money is sitting in the VARL account and can not ne withdrawn due to your interference. I need this money to be credited back to me and in my account as soon as possible. If this money is not paid back to me I I am opening a law suite against FNB for the amount of R40 000 and all legal cost. This has not been resolved for the past six months and I have made numerous attempts to FNB regarding this incident. I need this to be resolved a.s.a.p
