FNB - No one can cancel a *****ulent debicheck mandate for you?

Yet again, FNB disappoints me. I have a *****ulent Debicheck mandate active on my account that I accepted before realising it was *****. Ive tried absolutely everything to get the mandate cancelled for the last week. The app does not give me the option to suspend the mandate the way its supposed to. Ive spoken to multiple consultants on the app, been transferred between the debit order department, gold main and technical departments and not a single person can tell me how to cancel the mandate. not a single one of their consultants in any of those departments can cancel the mandate for me either. for over a week now ive sat with this *****ulent mandate staring at me from my active mandate list, terrifying me that my money is just going to be ****** from my account, and literally no one i speak to at the help desk has the ability to help me. Im coming here in the hopes that someone from the customer care department can escalate my problem to the right person who CAN actually help me, because at this point I literally have no idea what else to do. The company that initiated the mandate (Unifi) flat out lies to me to delay and keep the mandate active, and FNB, my bank, seems cannot prevent my money being ****** from my account, right in front of my eyes/
