FNB - No one able to assist

Good Day,

I have been trying to get hold of someone at FNB for the past 2 weeks with regards to Covid Relief extension, no one can assist. I have tried the app, does not work, tried calling and no one can assist. Seriously FNB, people are committing suicide from stress and you are not making life any easier for us during this difficult time yet we have been loyal clients. I am actually at breaking point with frustration. Please help.
