FNB NO NO TO BUSINESS BANKING

Is it possible to give negative stars????? -10 STARS. FNB Forex is the most useless organisation I ever had to deal with. They are very quick to send you a mail that the will cancel your forex payment if you do not provide details within a certain period. It does however then take them more than 5 days to actually release your Forex payment. This is not the first time I complain. I have giving up on talking to anybody at FNB. Even logging a Hellopeter review is a waste of time as I will get a mail from some faceless person informing me that my issue has been raised with customer services. And that is the end of it, FNB may be a good private bank. I would not know as I don t bank with them. They are most definitely not a BUSINESS bank and they don t even grasp the meaning of business banking. I am most certainly moving my business bank account. I am GATVOL spending 30 minutes on the phone and that just to get a payment released that has been authorised by them.

Shame 9n you FNB. I have had issues with FNB selling themselves as a business bank before. They tell you how easy it is to pay foreign suppliers. This is now when you hold on for 2 hours to get an allready authorised payment approved. This week I raised my dissatisfaction again. Lots of generic generated mails that we investigate your concern. It does however seems that FNB is managed by computer systems as nobody ever called me to talk to me re this matter or to apologise. Just to underline my issue, I loaded a foreign payment on 5th Dec. It was released on Tuesday this week. No documentation was outstanding.

This is the second time that a raised issues with FNB business forex. I received several mails re the matter yet not one real person found it necessary to contact me in person. FNB support staff all hind behind generic worded emails. My view remains the same. SHOP today for another bank if you are a business and need to pay foreign suppliers on time. FNB does not know the meaning of customer services.
