FNB no longer cares about their clients
I bought a house through FNB home loans few years ago. I eventually sold the house through FNB quick sell, and FNB took all the proceeds the sale, every cent, there was a short fall of about R100 000 which I had to pay and I was made to sign an acknowledgment of debt, to pay about R1000 monthly. To my surprise FNB debited my account by R9000 which home loan bond. This means FNB took more than R650 000 from the sale of the house and still expect me to pay full home loan, is like they charging me amount of two houses . I logged a complaint with FNB online on the 30/07/2019, they never bothered to call or acknowledge my complaint, they are just ignoring me. The impact of their actions is bad, as my application to rent a place to stay was rejected as the potential landlords, see the R9000 from my bank statement and think I still has home loan. Clearly they do not care, considering their silence.
