FNB No Longer Cares

On the 11th July 2023 I contacted the person who had been assigned to me so I could convert my funds to a Living Annuity and was clear that I needed the first payment to be made out by the end of August. Which I was informed should be possible. It took my constant following up to find out close to the end of August that my money would not be cleared for August but possibly for September. I have logged numerous complaints via on-line and calls. Nobody cares. I am still waiting for the investment team to confirm I will get my payment in September as I have now successfully ruined my credit reference as I made plans taking into consideration my long lead time I also asked on how to move my Living Annuity from FNB and nd nobody gives me a straight answer. I am at a place where I will be moving as much as my stuff form FNB after this experience I get pushed form one person to the next, can't get a senior person to be involved. Does the small customer mean nothing I do not want to deal with a person who can not make a decision and give me a solution that works This saddens me as I have been a FNB customer for more than 20 years
