FNB no items charged!!!

For the past 7months+ I have been getting item no funds deducted from my account and to my understanding that is when "FNB's "Item Paid No Funds" (or Payment Honouring Fee) applies when the bank covers a transaction?such as debit orders, card swipes, or stop orders?despite insufficient funds in your account. It acts as a penalty fee for honouring payments when the account is overdrawn or has insufficient funds, often resulting in a fee of R100+"?.however FNB has not covered any transaction when they are no funds in my account I have disputed before and 2 days later it happens again,this has been happening for 7+months now and I think it’s time for the banking ombudsman…

Today tried their chat to resolve which I had used multiple times and I am being hoped around agent to agent as soon as they see the query ,but it’s fine I have all the screen shots to prove …this is now in the thousands of rands and I want my money !!!!!

Can this be resolved
