Trying to actually get hold of Anyone that can assist you at FNB is impossible. Their telephone computer system is designed for people to get so fed up that they give up. When a real person actually speaks to you, you are then transferred back to the computer. One has to set aside a full morning to be able to hopefully get your problem sorted out
