FNB no help relieve

I have tried since April with the lockdown to get financial relieve on a payment holiday on my bond with FNB. I have spoken to a consultant today regarding the payment holiday and still no help from this freeking bank I am very disappointed and feel like moving to another bank. Thanks FNB for your non service and help!!!! My bond is up to date and my tenant decide to move because he can not pay me anymore so now I am really desperate for FNB's help. Just because I have paid late on some months there is no but no help from them NOT EVEN IN COVID19 time.
