FNB no help during covid 19

Covid 19 relief application gone in weeks ago No response from fnb ....... any other bank I have business with was quick and understood that being self employed and owning a business that can only operate at level 1 lockdown again has been of great assistance. So disappointing that during these super stressful times you get message after message asking for credit card payments and threatening with legal action because of an overdrawn cheque account. Where must I find money If i am not allowed to run my shop? Disgusted the way fnb treats their clients during these tough times. Especially clients who are forced to close and have zero income at the moment.
