FNB - No Help

Good morning, Yet again I am complaining about the online non service. i have been trying for three days to be assisted and keep hanging on until the system times out time and time again. Why is it that we pay for a service which fails us over and over? surely this institution can organise themselves better. Not impressed! closing this account.
