Fnb no help at all

How many times must I try and explain to fnb that I was not allowed to work and earn a living since lockdown started as a hairdresser. I just keep getting calls demanding payment. I've received no help or contact regarding my credit card debt insurance cover. Now you want the entire overdraft amount because I was forced to be without work for 3 months. Come on fnb I'm already stressed to the max it doesnt help that you're adding to my stress
