Fnb no help at all

So ecer since i stopped using my cheque account with fnb there are tgese wierd debit orders that keep coming off . Now im sitting in -1800 which i refuse to pay because fnb refuses to block the account. When i called fnb to state there was ********** debit orders coming off of my account i was transfered to 5 different people where no one could help me.

I have not been advised that the matter has been addressed. I have no feedback from fnb what so ever, what i want is for the charges on my cheque account to be reversed and the cheque account to be frozen so i can pay the amount i actually do owe. If this issue carries on i will be closing my savings account as well and take my business else where.
