FNB no help, almost 2 months later

i was ****med and ****** from nearly R35000 from Van Stevens and i filed a police report and blocked the bank accounts in which the money was paid. This happened 10 Aug 2020, we are now in Oct and fnb literally done nothing to help yet. Mu case is being tossed around Hlongwane, Innocent and Shunmagum, Elsie

They don't communicate with me, i have not received a cent from them. Worst service ever! I recommend that you apply at any other bank if you want personal service and assistance
