FNB no help

FNB contacted me with regards to the previous review on my revolving loan at the collections department .A lady called me yesterday to say she would call me back in 2min and I am still waiting for the call.I am not getting any joy with regarxs to this account query. I am frustrated as it doesn't look like anybody can help me at the collections department.
