FNB no feeling for the dead and their families!!

FNB is the worst executive you could place your last will and testament with. Most others will also do it for free!!! A year and a half later we are still awaiting for the estate to be wrapped up. You go from pillar to post as no one takes ownership of your estate. They are all “dead” No calls or follow up must be expected. They take their fees up front and disappear into the sunset. They are no different to a ponzi scheme. If you needed to sell the house to pay for all the estate fees, well a year and a half later you will still be having to wait as you would not have the title deeds for which they were paid the transfer costs a year earlier. Do not take your will to a bank!!!
