FNB NO debit order assistance

After struggling from the 4th of July with a reversal of a debit order that have went of double from my account, without my approval, I have went through all the instructions only to be told today that they can not assist me at this moment. In the mean time I have not been able to buy food or fuel my car for the month.

I have tried the customer service number (only to thrown out by an automated machine after numerous attempts) and going into the bank is of no assistance as well.

In these trying times FNB has really gone from an great bank to work with - to absolutely no help at all. Maybe I should also consider changing banks like I see so many other of your customers are doing.
