FNB no customer service

App**** for a credit limit increase on the 13th and was told it takes 48 working hours to process and complete, phoned numerous times and they said there is a backlog, phoned again on the 20th and was advised tht they require proof of income wich i sent strait away and was told i will shortly receive a sms once activated as it had been approved. Phoned again today on the 21st and was told it should take 48 working hours again to verify... what type of service is this?

I appreciate you taking time off of your schedule to get back to me if this is not just an automatic reply via a program. How long does it usually take to get results? 48 working hours I guess is what will be said

What a joke, FNB has just contacted me to tell me they see the document has been received and the funds should have been loaded, but unfortuanately they can not do anything till tuesday next week.... i am so frustrated with the level of incompetence that such a bank shows throughout all theyre departments. Its a disgrace
