FNB no customer care - HOW CAN YOU HELP ME????Protect and return funds!

FNB really is pathetic with their service. I informed them of fruad on my account, I went to the Parow and Bellville branches ( as told over the phone). They confirmed that a number of transactions were attempted. The ******* ONLY got R1581.95. Was told to complete forms to recall the funds from the ********** transaction, as if I knew who was de*****ing me. Then emailed the complaints department to confirm. I can see the amount off, the branches could see the amount off, but the answer I got from the FNB Complaints dep was: " Thank you for writing to us. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. Please be advised that the disputed transaction of R 1,581.95 was not debited from your account." What answer is this, who cannot see the amount off??? what incompetence?????
