FNB no contact or communication

Looking for some assistance please - @FNB there has been an issue that is currently unresolved & after hours of countless calls & requests through the FNB connect app I have been unsuccessful multiple times to make contact with ANYONE from FNB but ironically the account has been handed over BUT again I cannot make contact with anyone from FNB to have a verbal assisting conversation to move forward.

Please kindly reach out to Me as this is a last ditch effort to make contact.
