FNB NO CONFIDENCE

FNB was asked for a settlement letter for on my Revolving Loan Facility last week Monday on the 16th of September. This has been escalated several times as well and all that they say they will escalate it again and it will take 5 to 7 working days. However FNB phones me on a daily basis telling me I need to make payment arrangement. How ridiculous is this level of service and harassments by FNB??? O yes and the admin department that needs to send this letter doesn't take calls... I can see why, because they have no idea how to do their jobs.
