FNB - NO COMMUNICATION/NO FEEDBACK ON DISPUTED DEBIT ORDER

FNB deducted a debit order which I have been stopping since Feb. On Monday 25 May they contacted me - reversed the debit order only to deduct it again later the same day. When you try to get hold of them, they just send you from one computer to the next ... transfer after transfer. I have tried to contact Platinum life, but they simply dont reply nor contact me.

As I said, when you use the app to communicate they tell you to call the call center as they cant assist. And when you call, they tell you to use the app ... Nobody wants to help you until you complain publically

What more can you do to get response from FNB?
