FNB -No Care For The People

I have been banking with FNB for a few years now ,not noticing my service fees debit is app**** for before my pay day.So I normally get paid on the last day of the month and service fees debit is app**** on the 25th which is really a **** as you clearly know my salary date. This month due to some financial issues I borrowed some money for food for my kids until I get paid.Imagine my shock soon as the money came in ,service fees went out from there.I have been trying to chat to someone, which was a waste of time ,automatic responses
