FNB no card delivery as arranged

Hi. My new bank card was supposed to be delivered today 1/ May between 8am and 5pm. One of your consultants phoned me and told me that it will be delivered on Monday. You’re quick to take money for a new card, but can’t hold up to your delivery arrangements. Will Tob be refunding me the money since my card wasn’t delivered as arranged.
