FNB - No Better than Loan Sharks - And *******

<p>FNB where to start. Sharks, *******, *******, dishonest, the list does go on and on. But yes a personal experience with them that has left me seeing red and definitely not in state to do Bussiness with them at all. Had a personal loan which as it would have due to financial restraints I fell behind. But I did however make arrangements with them and have religously stuck with these. So when the bank saw I have money in my account they just decided ***** it lets just take it, which was 12 x times the agreed monthly instalment. This has now put me in a much worse financial position as this was a third party payment to my account and not my money at all (which I poved to the bank with lawyers letters). They just pulled up their shoulders, not their problem. Wonder if they will be willing to pay my kids school fees and by them food as I now had to make plan to pay this money back to the intended party, once again not the banks problem. So after almost 9 hours on the phone, nobody bothering getting back to you, numerous emails, also unrep**** and no alternative left I will do all in my power to not just let the amtter go. So Hello Peter, Ombudsman, will go to the ends to get this sorted. Don't know why this ******* establishement think we should always just let it go.</p>
