FNB - NO ASSISTANCE!

After 2 years of trying to get FNB to update some of their system to show that I have settled accounts in full they still reflect as unpaid debt on my credit profile!

I have sent more than 100 emails asking them for assistance and still nothing has been done.

All major banks are declining me for vehicle finance, due to the matter!

After 3+ hours on the phone nobody was able to assist, this is IF you get someone to answer the phone.
