FNB nightmare to deal with.

FNB blocked my account because of Fica documents.submited all that they need and spent 4hrs in the Glen Marais branch and still not sorted.no access to my money. Worst experience ever.not helpfull and I am on my own to fix this mess and don't know how will I fix this if i can't get help in the branch an call centre.
