FNB nightmare for covid affected customers

Weather you are paying your account with FNB bank you will get harassed by Blake and associates for FNB , even after arrangements of paying. After 25 years with them I moved during covid because they are selfish and harass customers. Why allow Blake's to harass customers even after arrangements to pay? Why?
