Fnb nightmare bank

I have app**** for a phone of R99 or R59 and a credit card it really been unpleasant. The person dealing with my phone application is rude, unprofessional. Im buying a phone throught fnb but im being ask to send the same documents that fnb has. I have send the documents then im told they can not open and if i dont send the documents the application with be declined. As forthe credit i have not heard anything. I know that after both departments get this complaint they will reject my applications. I have bank with this bank for 10 years and all the time and all my applications always have problems and ends up rejected.....
