FNB nightmare

Ive been strugling since 22 Sep via my app, secure chat, phone calls to +- 10 departments, emails and even their careline twice to get clarity on the sudden reapearence of a converted overdraft loan on my app. It still doesnt appear on my liabilities on my FNB app nor Clear Score. I requested to investigate where amounts of 97k on 22 Jan 2021 went to? I was under impression that this covid loan was settled.
