I had the most encouraging experience with Cedric Xaba when opening a new bank account. Cedric was friendly, chatty (in a respectful manner) and answered any questions I had in a very knowledgeable manner. I wish to commend him on his professional and pleasant demeanor. With respect I would appreciate FNB to acknowledge him. If Cedric is an example of the staff who work for FNB it would be a delight for me to change from my current bank to that of FNB.
