FNB Newpark

I dont understand why a person must wait for 30 min or longer just to get your bank card that has been delivered to a branch. Its the worst type of service its the 4th time I came to the bank and everytime its either long ques or you wait forever without being assisted. There is no point at all. So I will continue living without a bank card until I change banks.
