FNB - New service added: ****************!

Because of FNB pathetic service I closed my business account months ago. I also told the manager to make sure that the speedpoint was cancelled and collected. They did nothing! Neither did they offer any advice or instructions. I now get sent a statement saying I owe them money for rental of the speedpoint!

I eventually got through to them and all they can say is its not their fault, I have to pay them because they never collected the machine!

FNB must be in deep **** if they have to resort to such low and ********* behavior just to try a wring out a few Rand from their ex-customers!
