FNB NEW PREMIER SUITE CLIENT - WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR IN MY LIFE

Move to FNB they said, it will be fun they said!!!!!!! Financially Crippling is how I have found my experience to be!!!!! Plastic/Robot BAN****! Capitec by far have proved to be better and have set standards FNB seem to struggle to keep up with!

1) Card payment only banked 2 months later and the amount came off my available balance 4th June. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I never had this problem with Capitec Bank.

2) Notifications only come through 15-60minutes later on app and SMS.

3) It took over a month to apply for credit card - 3 Applications Later, 1st App in branch and another 2 online to get to the point of receiving my card.

4) Instead of the minimum payment being deducted for credit card payment, the whole credit amount was deducted even though only a portion of the credit was used. I had R27 000.00 available of the R34800.00 credit facility but yet the full amount of R34800 was debited from my cheque acc and of which I have been NAILED for being over drawn and recieving threatening sms's making me feel like a ********.

5) Premier Suite, What a joke. Team of "Personal Bankers" are completely useless and are unable to action anything besides advising you to call call centers sending me pillar to post with no results. When using the App, Responses from "Team of online Bankers" Seldomly come through and App will kick me out while waiting for responses that have very little result if any.

Since I opened the "PREMIER" Cheque account in March, I have only been disappointed. I am SHOCKED that for someone that has put over R100 000.00 through the account and have paid R1000.00 in bank fees that this is the end service and product result that FNB deems to be worthy?
