As customers we are normally quick to complain about bad service and we forget to applaud good service. I recently opened a bank account at the FNB branch located in New Market Mall, Alberton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the branch being particularly busy over the month-end rush, Portia Mohlala and Nkosinathi went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming service. Their friendly demeanor, coupled with professional advice, made what could have been a mundane task into a memorable experience. Their ability to maintain such high standards of customer service, even under pressure, is commendable.
