I had to visit the bank 4 times before I eventually came right and that was only because I was allocated to BUSISIWE KHOZA the quietest but most efficient young lady. She sorted out my query with the necessary departments and followed up with me each day until the error on my loan application was amended. She is an asset to the company. Give this girl a raise!!!!!!!
