FNB New Market is appalling

so I went to FNB new market to try open an account , when I got there , the people were already agitated and one man literally asked that they close his account . there service is horrible I was made to wait for over and hour, the fact that I have a disability wasn't even prioritized. I am appalled and thank goodness and left yhoooo imagine I had moved my business to them
