Fnb new Gold Cheque account

I was promised when opening my gold cheque account that fnb will reward me with a R1000.00 after i have switched my salary and debit orders and have downloaded the fnb app, i have done all the above but got no feedback as to when and if i will be receiving the R1000.00 i have asked countless times at branch which i have visited for them to advise how does the requirements work they told me as specified above i have to switch banks i have now left my previous bank to go to Fnb which i have had in mind for quite a while i am just wondering if fnb will be able to help me in this regard.
