Fnb new account campaign

Hi I went to open a new banking account at FNB tokai due to my problems with previous and I trust FNB because of how good their service was for me in the past...a last called Dumisa helped me and I thank her loads for how patient she was with me lol she's awesome...happy that I have an account with them now but she told me about this campaign where if I have the app on my phone and have 2 debit orders and I open a new account FNB would reward me R1000 on the 15th October...today is the 17th at 18h53 and I still haven't heard anything from FNB...I have emailed Dumisa and she did confirm to me that I'm suppose to get it 15th October...was it just an empty promise? But either way I was going to open my account regardless...I'm a bit disappointed and am so confused at the same time...anyone have advice for me???
