FNB New Account Application

I Have opened an account with FNB 3 weeks ago. The application was completed telephonically and I received an sms stating that my card will be delivered within a week. Since then I have not heard a word from FNB or a courier company. If this is how an application starts then I don't see me doing any further business with FNB
