FNB, Never will become a client again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FNB...... lol... let me tell all you my story with FNB (4 months later still ongoing). First of all I was a client of FNB for a good couple of years +-10 years. This year I decided to take out the FNB Aspire Gold Cheque account and took out a personal loan. I got paid every 2 weeks and FNB would debit every two weeks but then the debits started getting random to an extent where before I get paid my account is already in a minus which started making me so negative. Then I started to get debited twice in one 2 week period and then tried to get the issue resolved but its been months now. I have stopped using FNB and have moved over to ABSA bank which so far I am really happy with. All I want is for my cheque account to be stopped and closed because FNB advised the debit order cannot be stopped then another consultants says it can. It is really terrible service, you would think they are the best but the best at taking your money and that's it. To save everyone from stress and banks that do not care about client only about taking there cash.

lets not talk about there support or consultants. ABSA is breeze getting issues resolved but FNB I've been trying for months to get a debit order stopped and an account closed, so ridiculous honestly.

I do not know what more to do, if this continues I will just not pay FNB for anything any longer. They make you want to leave the earth it's really bad. My husband warned me of FNB as he had the same problem but because all of my family members were all still on FNB that's why I decided to stick it out so long but they are all migrating to ABSA as they all are having loans debit on dates that has not been scheduled or arranged, money just disappearing, etc.

Honestly I don't think FNB will do anything about this review but just thought I let all you fellow citizens be made aware of this terrible service!!!

I have everyone's names but do not want to shame staff by giving out their names to the public. I am human and have a heart :).
