FNB NEVER UPDATE CORRECTLY ON TRANSUNION CURRENT BALANCES AND **** DUE ACCOUNTS

FNB doesnt update ITC transunion records correctly, my fusion account was last updated 31 December 2023! And now on my profile it says account is due and handed over yet I've reduced the amount from 9000 to 5000 by February 2024!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally almost half yet its busy messing my credit profile without updating. Ive sent complaints and nothing has been done ive even spoken to transunion ans they are waiting for the systems at fnb to update, which should automatically 14days to a month... Its MARCH 4TH 2024 NOW THERE STILL HAS BEEN NO UPDATE SINCE!!!! MY CURRENT BALANCE IS WRONG!!!! MY ACCOUNT IS NOT DUE!!!!!!!!!!! FNB IS JUST MAKING SURE TO DO NONSENSE TO MESS UP YOUR PROFILE ON CREDIT ITC. FIX IT NOW! AND UPDATE CORRECT THINGS ON MY ITC
